Default Kick button during mission

I'm not sure how this would affect the teamwork of Guild Wars but lately I have desperately wanted one thing.

A kick button for the leader to use during mission.

Sick of that elementalist aggroing, dying and complaining about no heals?
Sick of that 12 yr old warrior calling everybody else noobs?

Kick them, that's what I say.

I think the best way is for the leader to have the kick button and nobody else. If you don't like your leader, you can leave.

I've thought about this and I can't think of a single downside to it that could overpower the advantage of getting rid of these guys.

The leader could make you pay to stay in the party at the end of the mission..

Imagine the scenario: Your group has almost finished the mission and the leader kicks everyone else and finishes it by him/her self. How annoying would that be?

very true, I knew there'd be holes in it. Maybe a petition system or a warning system. You can warn the person anonymously (or otherwise) and if like three people warn the person, they're kicked.

i know exactly what you mean... but what if :

The leader is the 12 yr old child and kicks you just because you asked him for more teamplay like : "plz dont aggro anymore" or " i cant heal you if you run of my range"

NO NO NO NO.
Giving noone control often melts parties until the end of the mission and improves learning how to really coop. Its worse enougth if someone leaves after 10 minutes because hes pissed. Thats when the rest of the party starts thinking and even the W/mos lose their arrogance, especially if a monk has left the party.

If you want to have control, play with your guildmates.

I agree with the petition

When a party member sucks you could start a petition (it's anonymous)

It's sent to each party member except the *dumbass* and they vote a Yes or No. If a majority voted yes, he/she is kicked and replaced by a henchmen of the same class (Warrior for a warrior hench etc....)

on a 4 team you couldn't
on a 6 team it would be 4
on a 8 team it would be 6 votes needed

It's not just the party leader that can start a petition it can be anyone.

that would really be the only fair way kick while in missions. Cause other ppl might want the extra person

I donno, I've never had major issues with this. I suppose if it has to be a majority vote than there's nothing wrong with it. Oh and a way to fix the gold/green items drop kick would be to have the items come up for you to accept after you get kicked. (Like if you beat a mission and an item's reserved for you, you can still get it)

That's exactly what I was thinking. Perhaps a vote system would be better than just the leader being in COMPLETE control. A lot of leaders are little bitches themselves who would likely kick just cuz they were talked back to.

Edit: I didn't notice others already suggested a vote system; sorry for just repeating the same thing then.

I'd agree with the petition but I think the vote should require everyone to agree (other than the person being kicked, of course).

It would help out people who run others if they can kick scammers out of their group rather than punishing the rest of the group by stopping the run. I think a vote system would be better tho, you would need to make it fair, and i think the person should get a warning or some such.

Disagree. Just suck it up and find better party members.
